Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple German speaking customer service employees for a company in the Amsterdam area.

As an part-time or full-time customer service employee you will work for a well-known cosmetic brand. This brand is known for its beautiful home and body products.

From customers with a question about the online store to a request to check an order: you provide customers with the best possible service via e-mail, telephone and social media!

What is in it for you?

• Gross salary of €15.- per hour, surcharge of 25% for thr hours yoiu work on weekdays after 20.00 pm, surcharge of 50% for hours you work on Sundays. Surcharge of 100% on Christmas and New Year's Eve

Working hours
In this part-time or full-time position, you work 24 to 40 hours a week, between Monday and Sunday. You must be available between 8.45 am and 21.00 pm and work in shifts of at least three hours. 

• At least a high school (havo) diploma
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week
• Good command of the English and German language, due to communicating with customers in both languages
• Willing and able to occasional work weekends and evening shifts
