Manpower is looking for multiple procesoperators for a company in Wapenveld.

As a procesoperator, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Working safely in accordance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, rules, and procedures, as well as ergonomic guidelines
• Mixing raw materials and preparing the product, paint, or color using dissolvers and mixing tanks
• Implementing the 5 S methodology, to maintain a clean and safe workplace, following a checklist or scorecard for compliance
• Producing the product, paint, or color using all available dissolvers and mixing tanks based on the order vouchers (prescriptions) scheduled on the duty roster
• Monitoring tank lighting, conducting product inspections and making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal quality
• Performing first-line maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures and machine instructions

You will be following a training that includes a comprehensive six-month program with an initial twelve-week informational phase.

Our client is specialized in producing paint, plastic and pre-deco products for the North & West Europe region and also for various business units. The production department is responsible for mixing raw materials and making the product, paint and color on the basis of a recipe. Tasks include driving raw materials, moving tanks internally, operating dissolvers and mixing tanks, making paint and color based on a recipe and making adjustments. Will you be participating soon?
 
Working hours
The working hours in this part-time or full-time position are from Monday till Friday, from 5.45 am to 2.00 pm and from 1.45 pm to 10.00 pm. Late shift on Wednesdays is two hours shorter, and the shift change occurs from Wednesday to Thursday.

• Dutch language proficiency is essential, while English is a nice-to-have skill
• A minimum standard of Vapro A/MBO 2 is required, but certification is not necessary
• Availability of minimum 35 to 40 hours per week 

At least one year of experience is preferred and forklift experience is also a preference but can be provided to candidates.
