Manpower is looking for a logistics representative solar panels for a company based in Rotterdam.

As a logistic representative, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Setting up, handling and administratively processing import ocean freight FCL shipments
• Facilitating all required transport and customs related documents
• Updating the WMS system
• Facilitating outbound distribution of consignments
• Providing customers with regular and proactive updates regarding inbound processes, warehouse stock levels and outbound processes
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Invoicing of shipments and the associated cost control

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are during regular office hours.

• Minimum of a completed MBO education with a logistics background
• At least four years of work experience in the same or similar position(s)
• Strong command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and written, due to the communication with customers (command of the Chinese language is highly preferred, but not necessary)
• Experience with WMS, Logistics planning and ERP systems
• Knowledge of working with Softpak
• Availability of 40 hours per week
