Manpower is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for a company in Bergen op Zoom.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Support the forecast process and new product launches to ensure supply and optimize costs, service levels, and inventory
• Manage the MRP process to identify optimization opportunities and comply with business requirements
• Collaborate with counterparts in Poland and manage relationships with local suppliers
• Handle KPI reporting and support budget, cost control, and process performance for inventory management
• Ensure efficient information flow in the MRP process to meet strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making
• Manage ingredient coverage and follow up on open POs with the Supply Chain Planning Executive
• Handle daily reporting in DDS to set priorities and trigger improvements

Working hours
The working hours in this fulltime position are during regular office hours.

• Minimum degree HBO-AD or HBO-Bachelor level in Supply Chain or Procurement
• At least one year of experience in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch preferred because of communication
