Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Work Coordinator for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Maintenance Work Coordinator, you are responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient execution of the work. You are the one who takes action to improve results and increase the productivity of the team. What you do has a direct impact on the work of your colleagues and the availability of essential equipment.

Your tasks include assessing multidisciplinary job packages, ensuring the delivery of equipment to production, and the smart use of available manpower. You ensure that jobs are carried out according to schedule and specifications, and you act as the point of contact for drawing up daily and weekly schedules. In addition, you coordinate communication and feedback between the various departments.

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are during day shifts.

• Minimum mbo four work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language (C1) language due to the work
• Knowledge of GMWP, SAP, Init Rate work process, VWV, EMETL, RCA Process and electronic diary
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Dutch work permit valid for at least nine months or EU nationality
• Willingness to submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Preferably you are in possession of a VCA-VOL
• Experience in the field of maintenance, production or other related areas is a plus (in the absence of a diploma, an equivalent number of years of experience is required)

New people in this role must go through the various phases of the relevant skills list. This in consultation with the mentor and training coordinator.
