You’ll facilitate collaboration with experts across various departments and coordinate both functional and technical analyses. Your goal? You’ll facilitate collaboration with experts across various departments and coordinate both functional and technical analyses. Your goal? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio with a roadmap for innovation, project prioritization, and resource planning.
- Act as a connector between multidisciplinary teams and lead a community of solution experts.
- Ensure service quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction through structured support and escalation processes.
- Build strong relationships with business and functional stakeholders for optimal end-to-end communication and integration.
- Lead small projects through the full lifecycle, from strategy to implementation and support.
- Support financial management through cost control within your solution portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in IT, production, or engineering.
