Manpower is seeking a Polyolefins Outside Operator to strengthen Dow in Hoek.

As an operator, your tasks include:

• Conducting inspections, identifying leaks, and monitoring process conditions
• Supporting maintenance work and permit issuance in the field
• Securing systems and electrical equipment for permits and isolating systems
• Creating additive batches and participating in Operational Control Systems (OCS)
• Performing housekeeping duties and insulation inspections
• Creating and checking cut-out schedules, including repairs to steam traces
• Reporting deviations and malfunctions through OPD, and mentoring new operators
• Monitoring processes and troubleshooting process issues
• Participating in Root Cause investigations and Crisis Response activities
• Sharing knowledge and experience on plant operations, contributing to improvements

Working hours
Full-time, rotating shifts (2-2-2 schedule), with the following shifts:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Willingness to work in shifts
• EU nationality or valid work permit
• Possession of a valid VCA VOL diploma
• Good knowledge of Dutch (C1) for communication and safety requirements on the factory floor
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations
• Applying for a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is part of the application process
