Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Work Coordinator for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Maintenance Work Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of work. You take the lead in driving improvements and enhancing team productivity. Your actions directly impact your colleagues' work and the availability of critical equipment.
Your responsibilities include reviewing multidisciplinary job packages, ensuring the handover of equipment to production, and strategically allocating available manpower. You ensure that tasks are executed according to schedule and specifications, and you act as the main point of contact for creating daily and weekly schedules. Additionally, you coordinate communication and feedback between various departments

header-requirements
- Minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language (C1 level) due to the nature of the tasks
- Knowledge of GMWP, SAP, Init Rate work process, VWV, EMETL, RCA Process, and electronic logbook
- Availability for 40 hours per week
- Dutch work permit valid for at least nine months or EU nationality
- Willingness to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
- Preferably in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate
- Experience in maintenance, production, or related fields is a plus (if no diploma is available, an equivalent number of years of experience is required)
