Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Junior Operator for Dow in Terneuzen.

During your workday, you make sure the processes at Dow’s plant run smoothly and safely. Your tasks include:

• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions
• Creating and checking block plans
• Performing quality checks
• Monitoring and addressing deviations in the production process and making improvements when necessary
• Applying for permits and resolving issues related to permits

Working Hours
In this position, you will work in a five-shift system.

• A minimum of a VAPRO B diploma or an MBO-4 relevant technical diploma (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, MAROF, Electrical Engineering) or a HAVO diploma with exact subjects. A TSO/ASO diploma (EQF 4) may also be sufficient
• Good command of the Dutch language due to safety requirements
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
• A valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship
• A VCA diploma (or the willingness to obtain it)
• Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• A Dutch work permit (valid for at least nine more months) or EU citizenship
• A medical examination is part of the onboarding process
