Manpower is looking for a Controller for an innovative company in the polymer industry located in Limburg.

As a Controller, you will perform the following duties:

• Lead monthly closures, quarterly financial reporting, and year-end financial statements
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and coordinate external audits
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and improve profitability
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies
• Gross salary ranging from €4,000 to €5,000 based on 32 hours per week (32 - 40 hours negotiable).
• 13th month and bonus structure

Working hours
The working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30 pm, with flexibility.

• Minimum three years of experience in controlling, accounting, or a related field
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and open-minded mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes
• Proficiency in financial software (Exact) and reporting tools
• Experience in an SME environment is a plus
