Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Technical Trainer for a company in Utrecht.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to join our Benelux team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing training to both employees and customers, covering all equipment supplied by the client

What will you do?
  • Preparing, delivering, evaluating, and documenting training sessions, both theoretical and practical
  • Conducting training in both Dutch and English for various target groups
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the training programs within the Academy
  • Supporting the development of new training courses and materials, such as manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technical developments related to equipment
Coaching and motivating participants to help them reach their full potential
You will report to an Operational Manager within Benelux and collaborate closely with international colleagues.

The working hours in this fulltime position are during regular office hours.

  • A mbo-4 degree or higher, preferably complemented by didactic training and work 
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Gaining experience in a similar role, preferably within an international work environment
  • Demonstrating excellent command of English (spoken and written) because of job duties; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is an advantage
  • Being flexible and open to working at various locations, including outside normal working hours if necessary
  • Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse target groups and cultures
  • Taking initiative, working in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and handling stress well
