Manpower is looking for skilled and motivated machine operators in Breda.

A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety and security standards. Along with your team, the goal is to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency, profits and maintain customer tight SLA. During a regular day on the job your responsibilities will contain:

• Setting up machines to start a production cycle
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings
• Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspecting parts with precision and measuring tools
• Testing operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Keeping records of approved and defective units or final products

• Shift fee of 28,5% and a quarterly company bonus with a maximum of 6%

Working hours
As a machine operator you work full-time in three different shifts

• Proven experience working as a machine operator, production employee or something similar
• Knowledge of the personalisation workflow is desired
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
• Willing and able to work in shifts
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks
