As a Licensing Consultant you will:

• Provide licensing consultancy for Microsoft Volume licensing programs such as EA, MPSA, MCA, and CSP
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely customer renewals and identify upsell opportunities
• Support the sales teams in developing and selling Microsoft Cloud licensing solutions
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least two years of experience in Microsoft Volume licensing programs
• Good command of the German and English language, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Online Services solutions
• Availability of 40 hours per week
