Manpower Employment Agency is seeking an orderpicker for a company in Kampen.

You’ll start in the order-picking department, where you’ll play a vital role in the logistics process. Using an electric pallet truck and a convenient voice-picking system, you’ll gather the right products for customer orders without the hassle of paper lists. Once you've mastered order picking and shown dedication, you’ll have the chance to grow into other roles, including:

• Loading trucks that deliver products to customers
• Unloading incoming freight and processing goods
• Managing inventory to ensure smooth product flow
• Quality control of fresh products and maintaining their standards
• Reach truck operations, organizing the warehouse and filling the highest racks (we’ll help you get certified!)

As you gain experience and learn the ins and outs of various departments, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to an all-round logistics role.

Working hours
This part-time or full-time position follows a two-shift schedule, with shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM to 12:15 AM.

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written
• Residence near Kampen, with a maximum travel time of 45 minutes
• Experience with various logistics tasks (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift schedule
• A strong sense of responsibility for the logistics process
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
• A proactive and flexible mindset in a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle various tasks and work well under time pressure
