As an Engineering and Maintenance Manager you will perform the following working activities:
- Lead the plant's maintenance function to ensure optimal equipment reliability and uptime.
- Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, utilizing data-driven approaches (e.g., CMMS).
- Provide engineering leadership to improve plant infrastructure, processes, and systems, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Manage site capital investment projects, from planning and budgeting to execution, in alignment with business needs and safety standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to align engineering and maintenance support with operational requirements.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering accountability and continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all engineering and maintenance activities.
- Drive energy efficiency and environmental sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the Safety, Health, and Environmental teams.

Dit neem je mee
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and CMMS systems
- Experience in managing capital projects, budgeting, and project execution
- Familiarity with digitalization and Industry 4.0 technologies in maintenance and manufacturing
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with global/regional teams
- Good control of the Dutch and English language, due to work activities
