Employment agency Manpower is looking for an order management specialist for a company in Enkhuizen.

As an order management specialist, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Manage inbound streams for the multiplication process, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery
• Verify the validity and completeness of documents, and ensure vendor contracts are authorized
• Ensure incoming vendor information meets requirements, including Phyto certificates
• Verify and update Vendor Progress Report (VPR) information in SAP
• Communicate major deviations (red/green flags) to internal stakeholders and participate in CROP meetings
• Validate contract details, agreements, and SAP purchase orders (Quantity, Quality, Price)
• Support vendor invoice verification, payment processes, and bonus/penalty calculations
