Employment agency Manpower is looking for a logistics process controller for a client at Schiphol.

In this role, you provide support with shipping, invoicing, transport, and order processing. You closely monitor daily logistics processes, and to keep everything running smoothly, you maintain daily contact with customers, customs brokers, and repair locations.

Your tasks include:

• Creating purchase orders, shipping documentation, and invoices
• Preparing daily customer reports
• Managing the logistics revision flow of parts and finances for suppliers and customers
• Maintaining daily contact with customers
• Planning, expediting, and coordinating with suppliers

You will be working at a company that produces and repairs aircraft parts. Your workplace is at Schiphol, where you will coordinate the logistics process.

Working hours
In this role, you will work Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs.

• At least a bachelor's degree
• At least one year of work experience as an order administration employee, administrative logistics employee, supply chain employee, logistics employee, warehouse employee, production employee, or similar
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written, due to communication requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Knowledge of various IT systems
• VGB required
• Resident of the Netherlands for at least eight years
