Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a company based in Utrecht.

In this commercial role, you will maintain contact with existing clients and identify sales opportunities, demonstrating a strong commercial drive. You will manage administrative tasks, stay in close contact with the field service team, and act as their point of contact. Additionally, you will collaborate with the warehouse to confirm orders and ensure they are processed quickly and accurately, always focusing on customer satisfaction.

Working hours
The working hours are during regular office hours.

• Fluency in the German and English language
• Strong communication skills, including over the phone
• Confident and assertive, with a no-nonsense and solution-oriented mentality
• Willingness to work full-time at the office, with a commitment to work on Fridays
• At least an MBO4 diploma
• Commercial experience (e.g., retail, customer service, hospitality)
• Affinity with technical products 
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
