Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Experience Manager import for a company in Alblasserdam!

As a Key Account Coördinator, you will:
  • Execute and monitor import shipments from A to Z
  • Onboard new clients and set them up for long-term success
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Actively resolve client problems and keep them updated throughout the process
  • Analyze account performance and suggest innovative improvements
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and planning to deliver top-tier service
  • Assist in negotiating rates and maintaining competitive edge
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize workflows and reduce friction

Working hours
You will work from the office in Alblasserdam, 40 hours a week, during standard office hours.

Functie-eisen

  • At least a MBO or HBO level education and thinking
  • At least 4  years of experience in logistics or a customer service-related role
  • Strong communicator with excellent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Operational insight and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to work under pressure, switch quickly, and prioritize effectively
  • In possession of a driver's license and own transport
  • Experience with CargoWise and customs is a plus

Living near Alblasserdam is a bonus, but not required!
