Manpower is looking for a Team Lead Mechanical for an energy company in Amsterdam. 

In this exciting role as a Team Leader you oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, which all comply with company policies. To ensure completion of all maintenance work, you prioritize tasks and organize the mechanical maintenance team. The rest of your responsibilities consist of: 

• Executing technical tasks, including modifications and re-engineering of installations as needed
• Installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing all installation equipment
• Enforcing technical standards, especially in health and safety, among the maintenance team members
• Participating in performance reviews and appraisals to support team development
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within stores, workshops, container areas, and all locations
• Maintaining adequate supplies of essential products on site continuously
• Documenting and scheduling maintenance programs for utilities with site visits and reports

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are between 8.00 and 17.00 hours. 

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in process installation 
• Availability of 40 hours per week 
• A Chemical and Recycling background 
• Good knowledge of fluid transport systems and large rotating installations
• Experience with error detection and preventive maintenance
• A VCA qualification
