Employment agency Manpower is looking for Account Managers Sales Norwegian for Accenture.

As an account manager, you will manage a book of medium-sized business, assisting in the optimization and scaling of digital advertising campaigns. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to clients, while making a larger impact on society. You will have diverse job responsibilities like: 
  • Build, drive and own c-level relationships
  • Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline management and growth of your key accounts 
  • Build and manage partnerships with big local Norwegian companies
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities from clients in relevant vertical
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements
  • Articulate and update clients on products and developments
  • Define the overall approach for specific territories, regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide basic reporting on performance to clients through quarterly business reviews and joint business plans

Working hours
This position can be filled full-time, 40 hours a week. You will be working from Monday to Friday, during regular office hours. You will work 100% from home. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least one year’s experience in Digital Marketing Sales/Account Management (digital marketing experience is mandatory)
  • Native/near-native command of the English and Norwegian language, both written and spoken, because you will be communicating mostly in this languages
  • Work permit to work in the Netherlands
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience, with a strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
  • You are a quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities

Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, G-suite collaboration) and social media is a bonus. As you will be working from home in this role, your place of residence is not important. Whether you live in Amsterdam, Breda, Groningen or Almere, you’re more than welcome at Accenture!
