You will support the the FAI team with various IT related challenges that will help the team to increase efficiency and set it up for future success. This support role focuses both on individual assistance as well as preparation for transfer to different tools and strategies that provide long term benefits for the team. Tasks involved in this role:
- Assist in several small changes to existing inhouse inspection tools with focus on documentation and efficiency needs
- Assist in the transfer to Bluebeam for development of piping inspection scopes by the inspectors of the FAI team. This software will help us to increase efficiency and productivity
- Prepare conversion of the current hardcopy mechanical integrity equipment archive to a digital achive
- Assist in transfer of the current inhouse inspection management tool to the selected global Dow Inspection management tool
- Finetune and generate the inspection & repair dashboard for fixed asset equipment that is communicated monthly at the Terneuzen Site
- Help/assist inspectors with IT issues in order to increase efficiency in inspection documentation

Requirements
- MBO4 level with preference for IT Systems
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in petrochemical industry.
- Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
