As a team lead for Schneider Electric you will be responsible for the daily management of fifteen warehouse operators. Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple team leaders for the warehouse of Schneider Electric in Helmond. 

In your new role as a team lead, your responsibility will also be the incoming and outgoing flow of goods. You will prepare work schedules for both the personnel and the warehouse. Other daily tasks will include: 

• Coaching and stimulating a continuous improvement culture 
• Selecting, introducing and training new employees 
• Attending safety, quality, service, productivity and personnel meetings  
• Animating work meetings  
• Contribute to the development of warehouse operators and multi skilled operators

Work hours
In this role, the working hours are in two shifts. The exact timings will be discussed with you later.

• At least MBO 3 work and thinking level (technical or administrative)
• Minimal three years of experience in leadership
• minimal Two years of experience in warehousing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Good communicative skills
• Focused on improvements
• Enthusiastic, driven, and open
