Employment Agency Manpower is looking for German Customer Service Representatives for a company in Amsterdam.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform the following activities:
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records within the client CRM
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support lead growth and product knowledge
  • Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least a MBO-level education and thinking
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English (minimum level C1 required for both written and spoken communication)
  • German native or near-native proficiency (minimum level C1 required due to job duties)
