Manpower is looking for a Service Work Planner for our client in Rotterdam.

As a Service Work Planner, your responsibilities include:
  • Cooperating with Service Engineers team in terms of scheduling their job for the clients
  • Collaborating with warehouse to be ensured on site team has all needed tools.
  • Coordinating transport of big tools to the job location
  • Tracking tools in the system
  • Monitoring of the tolls certification

Working hours
You will be working from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs.

  • At minimum a high school degree
  • At least four years of experience in scheduling jobs, with at least two years in the production industry, preferably in the transformers area
  • Good communication skills and a good command of both Dutch and English
  • Experience in working with MS Office, primarily MS Excel (SAP experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
  • CV in English
