Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Return Specialist in Kerkrade for Boston Scientific International.

As a Return Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Acting as the main contact for internal and external customers regarding service-related return shipments of Capital Equipment in EMEA
• Creating/adjusting RGAs in the service system (GSMS) and/or SAP
• Gathering all relevant data for the collection of CE products in hospitals
• Coordinating expected pick-ups with all local customer service offices in Europe
• Updating the overview of expected returns for the warehouse team, including processing and any required exceptions
• Investigating and resolving issues related to a returned item
• Acting as an intermediary between LCS, GDS, Tier II, distributors, and global CETS personnel to determine the reason for returns
• Monitoring open returns and ensuring closure within 90 days
• Creating orders to return repaired Capital Equipment to customers, including the potential return of loaner equipment
• Managing specific requirements applicable in the CETS warehouse process
• Reporting status to key stakeholders

Working hours
The working hours for this full-time position are from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

• At least an MBO+ diploma, preferably with a logistics specialization
• At least two years of work experience in a technical, distribution, and/or direct customer environment
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Available for at least 40 hours per week
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the work

Preferably, you live in (or near) Kerkrade, Heerlen, Maastricht, or Sittard.
