Manpower is looking for an HR recruitment intern for the recruitment team in the Amsterdam region.
Note: The exact location is Diemen.
You will actively search for candidates who will be directly contracted (PERM) by one of our clients through Manpower. This internship also involves a touch of sales. During your time at Manpower, you will be paired with an experienced buddy who will provide all the guidance you need.

You will actively search for candidates who will be directly contracted (PERM) by one of our clients through Manpower. This internship also involves a touch of sales. During your time at Manpower, you will be paired with an experienced buddy who will provide all the guidance you need.
On an average workday, you will be involved in the following
tasks:
- Actively sourcing and approaching candidates (including cold acquisition)
- Screening candidates and conducting intake interviews
- Writing and sending proposals to clients
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and brainstorming with them about the best recruitment strategy, as well as visiting clients
- Performing administrative tasks
- Visiting clients, if you are interested

Working hours
The working hours for this full-time internship of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours. You will be present at the office at least three days a week.
You will become part of the Manpower recruitment and selection (W&S) team. The focus is on recruiting suitable candidates for W&S positions in the fields of engineering and supply chain. The team targets clients where candidates hired through Manpower receive a permanent contract (PERM) directly with the clients.
Working hours
The working hours for this full-time internship of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours. You will be present at the office at least three days a week.
header-requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree, but if you are pursuing an HBO degree, feel free to apply. Preferred fields of study include HR, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial, etc.
- Availability of 40 hours per week starting from at least September 2024. An earlier start is negotiable
- Commercial skills (KPI-driven work) and a strong drive for success
- Minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Diemen
- Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
- Strong communication skills
Ideally, you have a business/hospitality background and full-time availability, even if working on a thesis. C2+ or native-level English is required; Dutch is a plus. Preferably, you live in Amsterdam or nearby, with a commute of no more than 30-40 minutes.
