Are you a logistics talent with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supply chain management? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! We are looking for a driven Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Terneuzen.

What Will You Do?
As a Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist, you are responsible for deciding what, when, and where raw materials need to be supplied for our production sites. You balance supply and demand to achieve optimal raw material availability, asset utilization, and supply chain efficiency within the operational horizon.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Create a time-based supply schedule to meet short-term business requirements, considering plant constraints, and achieving inventory and service targets.
  • Determine and/or implement the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.
  • Work daily with manufacturing colleagues and the production planner to manage the evolving supply demand for raw materials.
  • Collaborate with raw material suppliers and Dow’s sourcing function to execute existing agreements.
  • Routinely check and track inventory quantities, ensuring inventory volumes meet the plan.
  • Identify, prioritize, and address supply issues such as short-term capacity constraints, product shortages, and emergency customer orders.
  • Lead collaboration with production planning, manufacturing, logistics, third-party service providers, sourcing, and business partners to meet business obligations during unplanned events.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of production parameters (material master data, work centers, routings) for effective planning.
  • Follow best practices, procedures, and governance over master data.
  • Support supply chain initiatives by collaborating with other supply chain personnel within the business and shared services.

Working Hours and Shifts:
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working hours during regular office times.
