Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Workforce Administration Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a workforce administration specialist, you will perform the following working activities: 
  • Consult and support assigned inquiries regarding WFA, typically at the country level
  • Handle HR inquiries via phone and digital communication
  • Identify and deliver solutions to employees and People leaders
  • Ensure high levels of customer service to employees
  • Engage in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Create and maintain compliance documentation for work processes, guidelines, and procedures

  • A minimum of a vocational degree in a related field
  • Experience in HR Administration is preferred
  • Ability to effectively work through others and be collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and good verbal and reading skills in German bec
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems is preferred
  • Works independently, is self-motivated, and accountable
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
