Manpower is looking for an Administrative Logistics Employee for Medtronic B.V. in Heerlen.

As an Administrative Logistics Employee, you will be responsible for managing export documents for the client’s packages. You can expect the following tasks:
  • Creating and verifying export documents (mainly in SAP)
  • Creating and verifying transport labels/AWBs and pre-alerts
  • Checking for errors and missing items in digital invoices (GFMS)
  • Emailing export documents to carriers (UPS, FedEx)
  • Archiving sets of export documents

Working hours:
The working hours in this full-time role are during the day shift between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM, with two evening shifts. If you work after 6:00 PM, you’ll receive a 30% allowance.

Requirements

  • At least MBO level work and thinking capacity
  • Administrative background (for example, secretarial experience)
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken, for communication with colleagues and customers
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
