As a business controller, you will perform the following working activities:
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed management reports to track performance against targets
- Assist stakeholders in defining and setting the right targets to manage business performance and connect business goals with planning and reporting activities
- Ensure the reliability and timely delivery of management and other information
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices
- Serve as a key team member in supporting business functions as the owner of financial information
- Support the team and business as needed on ad-hoc projects

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- At least three year(s) of experience working in a high-paced, international organization
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Thorough understanding of business processes, numerical coherence, and planning & control
Living near Zaltbommel,Bruchem or Haaften is a bonus but not mandatory!
