Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple Sales Operations Support Advisors for Lynk & Co in Maastricht.

In this support advisor role, you will manage various specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, including payment process escalations, claim management, GDPR compliance, order support, delivery bookings, returns, car swaps, compensations, and claims. You will act as a liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders, while actively engaging in problem-solving and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Working hours 
The working hours in this position are from Monday to Friday 08:15 to 17:15.

Requirements

  • Preferably a secondary-level education or higher
  • Alternatively, several years of work experience in similar customer-facing support roles
  • Preferably fluent in either Dutch, Swedish or French
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B1)
  • Familiar with customer engagement tools/systems and scheduling tools
  • Understands and applies company values in daily interactions with colleagues and customers
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week
