Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Talent Marketeer for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Talent Marketing Representative, you will perform the following working activities:

• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to attract Early Career talent
• Collaborate with Dow recruiters, Public Affairs, and external vendors
• Create and manage content for corporate websites, social media platforms, and recruitment platforms
• Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent marketing strategies and provide insights on improving recruitment processes

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are during regular office hours.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in talent marketing or a related field
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with social media management and Google Adwords
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, or French) are a plus
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Ability to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)

Living near Terneuzen is a bonus but not mandatory!
