As a Total Rewards Benefits Representative at Dow Chemical, you will provide consultation and support for reward programs, with a focus on Benefits in the Netherlands. You’ll be the main point of contact for employees and leaders across the EMEAI region, handling HR inquiries through phone and digital case management systems.
You will ensure timely and accurate payments to Total Rewards vendors, assist with cross-discipline projects, and contribute to improving HR processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal procedures and audits, while maintaining documentation of work processes, guidelines, and policies.

- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Economics)
- Experience in the Total rewards field or HR or Finance administration is desirable
- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English and good verbal and reading skills in Dutch because of job duties
- Knowledge of insured Benefits and Social security programs in The Netherlands
- Experience with process automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is required
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems
