Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Team Lead Business Support for a company in Maastricht.

As a Team Leader for Business Support, you will lead and inspire a team of 5-10 Business Support Specialists, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere. Your role involves coaching and mentoring team members to help them achieve their individual and team targets. You'll ensure top-quality service by upholding high standards, providing feedback, and streamlining support processes for greater efficiency. Cultivating a commercial mindset within the team, you’ll drive opportunities for upselling and effective market collaboration. Additionally, you’ll act as a liaison to senior leadership, utilize data to track performance, support new product launches, and champion continuous improvement and professional growth. All while fostering a culture of authenticity, boldness, and a love for what you do.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in day-to-day operations of a multi-lingual, multi-skilled support team
  • Proven track record in managing performance and creating forward-looking strategies
  • Experience in leading a team, preferably in a dynamic and international setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and German due to the nature of the work
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
