Employment agency Manpower is looking for a maintenance worker for Material In Motion near Schiphol Airport.
 
As a maintenance worker, you will observe safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to ensure that the site’s business goals and objectives are met. This job is quite an active one! During your working day, you can expect to perform the following activities:

• Using hand and power tools
• Cleaning machines
• Reporting faults and any unusual situations to proper supervision
• Complying with safety regulations
• Reading and interpreting work orders and equipment manuals
• Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Working hours
In this position, you will be working from 8.00 till 16.30 hours.

• At least one year maintenance experience as an electrician or a similar position
• Preferable electrical background or certification
• Decent command of the English language, to secure the safety in the working area
• Able to work a physically demanding job that includes standing, walking, crouching and lifting
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Experienced in working with hand and power tools
