Manpower recruitment agency is looking for a (junior) business analyst for a company in Gronsveld.

As a junior business analyst, you are responsible for defining and improving business processes and capturing business needs for new or improved services. You contribute to the development and redesign of processes to use resources efficiently. Your tasks include, among others:

• Business process engineering and strategic business planning
• Customer contact and support with reverse logistics
• Involvement in pricing, invoicing, KPI management, and IT automation

You report directly to the CFO and play an important role in improving business operations.

Working hours
You work between 08:00 and 17:00.

• Experience in software applications such as Qlik, PowerBI, Odoo (ERP)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Good at working in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
• Analytical abilities and basic financial knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication and technical skills
• Fluency in English, Dutch (optional)
• Availability of 38 hours per week
