Employment agency Manpower is looking for Material Planner for a company in Eindhoven.

As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Replenishment and inventory balancing
• Optimizing inventory across the value chain
• Building client trust and managing expectations
• Maintaining master data and systems
• Gathering information and assumptions for supply strategies
• Reviewing past performance, surplus, slow-moving inventory, and future projections
• Participating in planning meetings to discuss demand, inventory segmentation, and mitigation actions
• Identifying inventory redeployment opportunities
• Reviewing PRs outside the supply plan, open POs, and materials overdue by >90 days
• Monitoring inventory movements, managing exceptions, and ensuring safety norms during storage and handling
• Following established health, safety, and environmental processes and work methods

Working hours
The working hours in this part-time or fulltime position are during regular office hours.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Material Planner, Supply Planner, or similar role
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, for communication with colleagues and clients
• Knowledge of or experience with material and supply planning
