Manpower is looking for a Business Analyst with an IT Background for a company based in Bergen op Zoom.

Your mission is to understand the Manufacturing system(s) related priorities and integrations, support existing and deploy new systems, and bring up innovative ideas that make a difference. You will be responsible for the day-to-day system support for the manufacturing systems, ensuring that system-related issues and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Building a strong understanding of the PMI System portfolio and the modus operandi of central IT Teams is essential. You will support the creation of functional and technical specifications, ensuring that (local/central) developers understand the requirements. While you do not perform system development activities, you will coordinate the development teams, validate the developments, and prepare for deployment. Working with system owners, both local and global, you will align and prioritize new functionalities to meet business needs while complying with IT standards. Your role involves respecting the agreed scope, time, and budget, and delivering the right benefits to the manufacturing organization.

In addition, you will lead the implementation of system improvements (MES-LES, Laboratory, Labeling systems), including system integration with central solutions. Contributing to global initiatives within the IT manufacturing domain is also a key part of your responsibilities. You will achieve your results by collaborating closely with your direct colleagues, internal customers, PMI stakeholders, and external suppliers. Your engagement spans various IT domains, from cybersecurity (system assessments, vulnerability management) to architectural topics and everything in between.

Working hours
The working hours in this position are during regular office hours.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Up to five years professional experience with Information Systems Management or Information Technology
• Experience in project and service management are a plus
• Ability to engage with multi-functional stakeholders, understand business drivers and pressures, and to quickly grasp understanding on diverse topics and make relevant contributions
• Interest to learn cross-functional business process and bring innovation
• Dynamic team player while able to work independently
• Knowledge of MES solutions and Computerized System Validation is a plus
• Fluent in English and Dutch

If you have a strong interest in IT and Business Analysis, it is also possible to have done only an internship or be a recent graduate.
