Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanish customer service representative for Medtronic in Heerlen.

As a customer service representative, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Processing orders using ERP systems
• Managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails in shared customer service mailboxes
• Handling requests, letters of credit, and tender documents
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with distributors, EMEA sales offices, the sales team, customer care service centers, regional business departments, finance, regulatory, operations, transport, supply chain departments, and banks
• Ensuring adherence to specific customer requirements, addressing their needs effectively, and striving to exceed their expectations

Working hours
You will have flexible working hours, with the option to start between 7:00 and 9:00 am. Initially, you will work full-time at the office, but once trained, you can work three days from home and two days in the office.

• A hbo bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Excellent command of both English and Spanish because of job duties 
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for 40 hours a week
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Capable of handling stress effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Preferably residing within 30 kilometers of Heerlen (e.g., Kerkrade, Maastricht, Hoensbroek, Sittard/Geleen)
