Manpower is looking for a business controller for a client in Zaltbommel.

As a business controller, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed management reports to track performance against targets
• Assist stakeholders in defining and setting the right targets to manage business performance and connect business goals with planning and reporting activities
• Ensure the reliability and timely delivery of management and other information
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices
• Serve as a key team member in supporting business functions as the owner of financial information
• Support the team and business as needed on ad-hoc projects

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are during regular office hours.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• At least three year(s) of experience working in a high-paced, international organization
• Availability of 40 hours per week 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Thorough understanding of business processes, numerical coherence, and planning & control

Living near Zaltbommel,Bruchem or Haaften is a bonus but not mandatory!
