Manpower is looking for a Production Supervisor in Haarlem.

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of 30 electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality. You manage weekly schedules, adjust priorities in consultation with the production manager, and address questions from the team. When necessary, you actively contribute on the shop floor. In this role, you set the standard for safety and orderliness by leading by example. You are comfortable addressing non-compliance and ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) regulations. Additionally, you document and share practical knowledge and experiences to support team learning and process improvement. You report directly to and collaborate closely with the production manager. This is an international team where English is the working language, and work is conducted during day shifts.

As a Production Supervisor, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of projects in line with production schedules
• Coordinate and direct the team, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries
• Oversee compliance with QHSE regulations
• Standardize processes, document procedures, and contribute to continuous production process improvements

Working hours
The working hours in this position are day shifts from Monday to Friday.

• You have demonstrated leadership experience within an electrical manufacturing company
• You have basic knowledge of electrical engineering, so you can read an electrical drawing
• You have strong communication skills, employ a coaching leadership style and have an approachable attitude
• You are strong in planning and have an eye for detail without losing the overview
• You think in solutions and make improvement proposals to improve production processes
• You have a good command of the English language as this is the working language
• Availability of 32 hours per week
