At Dow, you’ll work in a plant equipped with production facilities that use the latest technological advancements. Responsibilities:

• Follow policies to ensure the safe operation of the plant and achieve production goals within quality standards
• Operate and monitor process equipment
• Perform planned operational tasks as well as those arising from unplanned events
• Collaborate with shift team members and other shifts to share knowledge and balance workloads, ensuring smooth handovers during shifts
• Apply your process knowledge and skills to improve plant performance
• Independently perform maintenance, including minor repairs and preventive maintenance, following proper procedures

Working hours:
In this full-time role, you will work in a five-shift rotation. The specific shift schedule will be shared with you at a later stage in the application process.

• You have completed or are expecting to complete an EQF4 qualification in Process Technology
• Alternatively, you have completed a different technical MBO Level 4 program and are willing to pursue additional training in Process Technology alongside your work
• You are a team player who can handle responsibility well and is confident in making decisions
• You hold a VAPRO-C certification, or VAPRO-B with the willingness to obtain your VAPRO-C (Possession of an AOT certificate is also sufficient)
• Availability for an average of 40 hours per week
• Strong proficiency in Dutch (C1) in both spoken and written communication, as this is required for work-related interactions
• A valid Dutch work permit with at least nine months of validity remaining or EU citizenship
• For this role, a VCA VOL certification is required. If you do not yet have this certification, it must be obtained before your start date
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is part of the onboarding process
