Manpower is recruiting a maintenance mentor for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a maintenance mentor at Dow Terneuzen, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Motivating young people for Process Technology & Maintenance to attract young talent into the process industry
• Assisting in the development of the talents of tomorrow
• Being responsible for the structure and content of the Junior Practical Program (JPP) for maintenance and/or process technology students from Scalda
• Supervising, guiding, and collaborating with students
• Assigning work tasks to students, evaluating their work results, and providing feedback
• Collaborating with training coordinators and the JPP leader

Working hours
The working hours for this part-time position will be every Thursday during regular office hours.

• Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level
• Experience in Dow Operations or Dow Maintenance
• Good command of the Dutch language (C1) due to work-related tasks and communication on the shop floor
• Availability for 12 hours per week
• Valid Dutch work permit for at least nine months or EU nationality
• Willingness to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
• Preferably in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate
