Recruitment agency Manpower is looking for a Product Data Specialist for AkzoNobel Sassenheim.

As a Product Data Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing product and master data in accordance with global standards and control frameworks. This is an international role, primarily focused on Aerospace products, working with various global entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Product Database in OneSAP/PMMT.
• Executing standardized product and master data processes.
• Creating and maintaining product data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Resolving product data-related inquiries and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and advising on process optimization.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

What We Offer:

• Gross salary between €19.00 and €27.25 per hour (depending on experience).
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Hybrid work environment: Minimum of three days per week in the Sassenheim office.
• Initial contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Online onboarding and training with colleagues from France, the UK, and the US.

Working Hours
This full-time position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:00.

• At least a secondary school diploma (MBO/HBO level is a plus).
• Minimum two years of experience in data maintenance.
• Experience with SAP and PMMT is required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with business operational customers.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management and data maintenance.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and continuously striving for improvement.
• Fluent in English (team’s primary working language).
